Purchasing my books for Fall semester...Boo.

I love education but hate how expensive it is.

I want to run a full 5k, nonstop. 
First goal.
I am going to do it by September 1st.
Of this year, the year of 2013 haha. 
Next 30 day challenge perhaps?

Fourth of July Choices

When I think of July 4th,
instantly my mind races to BBQ, cupcakes, alcohol and the beach.

My typical holiday growing up.

I loved every minute of being with my family & friends at the condo.
AND sparklers.
This girl was a happy little firecracker.



As the fourth creeps up on us...
I am thinking of healthier alternatives
to make this day still amazing but with better choices.

Remember - it is all about choices.
Better choices are still made to be fun!
And keep the weight gain DOWN!
We do want to look look in the bikini at the beach!

So #challengeyourself with these
{three} healthier choices:

So many amazing choices, and colorful for the 4th.

#morewater please!
One alcohol beverage, one full glass of water.
Helps everything. Just drink it.

Limit the condiments.

Coke Addict?

In the sense I mean soda pop!
I am a coke addict.
A coca-cola lover.



We all know, we know how bad the stuff is for you.
But we continue to drink it.
To get the caffeine fix, the bubbles going down the throat.
Yum.

That is why I am here expressing my first 30 day promise.

For 30 days, this girl is nixing the soda! Ahh!
Can I do it?
What will my body say?



Now the hard part, will YOU do it with me?

I will be switching soda with more water.
That water that is so healthy for our bodies.
Drinking it up.

Replace. Drink up. Be healthy.
