Every Tuesday shall now be called 
TWOSDAY!

Twosday will be a fitness challenge done in
2's, in pairs, with something else.
Get the picture?

It could be 2 minutes, 2 reps, 2 exercises, etc.

It will challenge you.
It will be exciting.
Could even be fun!

So as we start this first
TWOSDAY challenge off...
