In the sense I mean soda pop!
I am a coke addict.
A coca-cola lover.
A coca-cola lover.
We all know, we know how bad the stuff is for you.
But we continue to drink it.
To get the caffeine fix, the bubbles going down the throat.
Yum.
That is why I am here expressing my first 30 day promise.
For 30 days, this girl is nixing the soda! Ahh!
Can I do it?
What will my body say?
Now the hard part, will YOU do it with me?
I will be switching soda with more water.
That water that is so healthy for our bodies.
Drinking it up.

When I started Weight Watchers in March I stopped drinking soda completely. It's just water for me. Friday I actually had my first soda in months and didn't drink it all.
